Returning Items to The Home Brew Centre

Returns Are Simple!
Simply phone to obtain a RA (return authorisation) number, provide full details of your original order:
Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your email address

You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.

Our Returns Policy
Within 7 days of receipt of your goods (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to the Home Brew Centre, for any reason, for a full refund. (We will also refund the shipping cost if the return is because of our mistake):

• Any product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories

• We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from the Home Brew Centre.

• We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days or that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts.

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
The Home Brew Centre can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please call 0117 986 8568.

Refunds
We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Returning a gift?
You will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at the Home Brew Centre. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped.

Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at the Home Brew Centre. This does not apply if the promotion has expired.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
Call 0117 986 8568 for a returns number.
Securely pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt). Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.

All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the packaging the items arrived in or alternative packaging, if you prefer. Affix your shipping label to the outside of the packaging.

Lost Your Packing Slip?
Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it by calling 0117 986 8568. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the packing slip or the order number? No problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
