Finlandia Cider is made from fruit concentrates and contains yeast nutrient, acesulfame (as a sweetener) and ascorbic acid (as a preservative), no other colourings or preservatives are used.
- Makes 24 litres at approximately 4.2% ABV, or can be used to make 16 litres at approx 6.1% ABV. Both require 800g of brewing sugar.
