  • Single strain fruit yeast and nutrient with enzyme
  • Suitable for fermenting up to 25 litres of fruit mash
  • Create your mash and let it cool down to below 30 degrees centigrade, Then add the contents of this sachet and stir well, Leave to ferment at between 22 - 28C 
  • Fermentation time 4 to 6 days.
  • Ingredients: Yeast, Nutrient, Vitamins, Enzyme
