Top fermenting ale yeast suitable for a variety of hoppy and distinctive style beers. This strain produces light, delicate fruity ester aromas and helps to develop malt character. It has a mostly neutral flavour profile and finishes beers moderately dry but with good body.
Suitable for English and American Pale Ales, Extra Special Bitters, Golden Ales and more.
Sufficient for 23l/5 gallons. Ferment at 18-23C/64-73F.
