Youngs American India Pale Ale IPA - 40 Pint - 4kg

Youngs developed this range to bring the best of American craft brewing to the UK. Pale gold in colour with a fluffy white head. The hops used are Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook, giving that great citrus and tropical fruit flavour that has come to mark the style of the new American Pale Ales. Good balance between malt and hops, very fruity with great overtones of pine needles, with slight herbal character and a full and lingering dry bitter finish. The kit includes a special West Coast ale yeast to bring out the full flavour of the beer.

Contains 3kg Of premium hopped liquid malt extract, additional hop pellets, brewing sugar, US West Coast ale yeast and priming sugar.

You will require basic brewing equipment to make the kit and also a pressure barrel or beer bottles for the final storage and conditioning.
